City Express by Marriott Hermosillo

I like the Friday morning front desk lady who handled so well calls and the lobby full of clients waiting for reservations and check outs she never lost the control and answer the calls with the highest customer service expectations, the housekeeping, courtesy taxi and the rest of the staff very friendly, greeting every time , I’m very observant on customer service, make us feel welcome, keep that standard please.

The room was clean and disinfected, the breakfast was really good it had many options of food and the silverware was in individual packaging. There is a vending machine with some supplies you can need like toothpaste and some snacks. The internet connection was really stable and fast perfect for work. The staff was kind and attentive they guided us very well. In the bathroom, there are some notes to to promote conscious use of water, a good addition in my opinion

It was clean, well appointed, very quiet, and reasonably priced. It also was near the medical center where we had appointments, making it easy for us to walk both there and to the downtown area for restaurants and musical events.

This place was a little out dated but Marriott refreshed it and feels just like when it opened.

FreeGreat value. Allowed us to park our truck on site while we were away for 5 days for free. Staff are professional and friendly.
